Sr. Manager / AGM - Finance & Commercials
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Finance & Commercials to manage project finance, cash flow, commercial controls, and financial performance across infrastructure and equipment deployment projects. The role will focus on strengthening cost control, project profitability, and financial visibility while coordinating closely with operations and project teams.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage cash flow planning, project fund requirements, and deployment of funds based on operational priorities.
· Monitor project-wise receivables, collections, vendor liabilities, and working capital requirements.
· Prepare and analyze project profitability, equipment utilization, cost performance, and margin MIS.
· Manage project billing, client reconciliations, certifications, and follow-ups for timely revenue realization.
· Monitor project costs, equipment deployment expenses, and operational overheads to identify deviations and control margins.
· Review commercial terms, work orders, purchase orders, and project-related financial commitments.
· Support budgeting, forecasting, financial projections, and periodic performance reviews for ongoing projects.
· Coordinate banking documentation, fund requirements, and treasury-related activities.
· Ensure adherence to financial controls, approval processes, commercial documentation, and audit requirements.
· Work closely with Operations, Projects, Procurement, and Accounts teams to resolve financial and commercial issues and improve project profitability.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
· 10 - 12 years of relevant experience in Finance & Commercial roles.
· Strong exposure to project finance, cash flow management, working capital, MIS, and commercial operations.
· Experience in Infrastructure / EPC / Logistics / Heavy Equipment / Renewable Energy sectors preferred.
· Experience in managing financial and commercial activities across multiple projects.

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
