Full job description

E-Commerce & Online Sales

Manage day-to-day operations of Ascension's products on Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce platforms.
Monitor orders, sales, cancellations, returns and overall marketplace activity.
Ensure product listings, descriptions, images, pricing and availability are accurate and updated.
Keep a regular check on inventory and coordinate internally to prevent stock-related issues.
Monitor seller dashboards and identify issues requiring attention.
Track daily and weekly online sales and maintain basic reports.
Coordinate with the relevant teams for order processing, packaging and dispatch.
Monitor customer reviews, ratings and marketplace feedback.
Maintain proper records of online orders, sales, inventory and other marketplace activities.
Identify discrepancies or operational issues and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

Office & Operations Supervision

Maintain a regular check on the day-to-day activities taking place in the office.
Coordinate with team members to ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
Follow up on pending activities and bring important issues to the management's attention.
Maintain basic records, reports and documentation related to office activities.
Assist management in coordinating different operational requirements.
Ensure that important tasks, schedules and follow-ups are properly tracked.

NGO Work & Initiatives

Support and supervise the day-to-day coordination of NGO-related activities and initiatives.
Coordinate with team members, volunteers and other stakeholders when required.
Keep track of planned activities, schedules and deliverables.
Maintain basic records and documentation of NGO initiatives.
Follow up on assigned tasks to ensure activities are completed smoothly.
Assist in organising and coordinating outreach activities, programmes and other initiatives undertaken by the organisation.

Retreat & Programme Coordination

Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of retreats and programmes conducted by Ascension.
Maintain schedules, participant information and other necessary records.
Coordinate with internal teams and service providers for retreat-related requirements.
Ensure that arrangements and assigned responsibilities are followed up properly.
Support the team before, during and after retreats to ensure smooth execution.
Help identify and resolve operational issues that may arise during programmes or retreats.
Maintain proper post-event records and follow-ups.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

A fresher with basic computer and internet skills.
Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets.
Highly organised and attentive to detail.
Responsible and dependable with follow-ups.
Comfortable communicating with different people and coordinating tasks.
Proactive in identifying problems and bringing them to the team's attention.
Able to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities.
Willing to learn new software, platforms and processes.
Comfortable taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Interested in working in a purpose-driven and people-oriented organisation.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
