Profile Brief

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager/Sr. Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing the sales for the IDA Business of the group. The candidate will handle decision-making for the new clients PAN India, Oversee and monitor sales activities in order to meet company's targets for growth and profitability. The profile is also responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of overall sales strategies, manage and motivate sales team to ensure team effectiveness.

Primary Role and Responsibilities:

1. Should be able to manage sales vertical for the IDA Business of Orvi.

2. Develop, manage, review and adhere to the annual IDA sales budget for Orvi.

3. To build & maintain good business relations with the high-end Architects & Interior Designers for generating business, in India and overseas.

4. Regular meetings, making presentations, providing samples & designs to Architects / Interior Designer / PMC’s / Builders & Developers / End customers for Orvi products.

5. Invite & organize regular visits of Architects and designers to Orvi.

6. Coordination with Channel Partners in designated territory for taking care of their own generated enquires and provide them the necessary support from the company, for maximizing business.

7. Would need to travel regularly to meet IDA’s and do site visits / meetings.

8. Coordinate effectively across all levels within the organization.

9. Liaise with R&D and production teams to come up with new product development ideas and timely dispatches.

10. Successful planning and participating in national and international sales exhibitions.

11. Capable of giving solutions to client and preventive action taken with concerned department.

12. Provide MIS to the management in a proper and timely manner.

13. Must be a good leader and should be the first doer and direct performer.

Requisites:

1. 5+ years of Sales experience with at least 3+ years’ experience in leadership role.

2. Creative problem solver, adaptable to new technology, business workflows etc.

3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

4. Highly organized with excellent time management skill.

5. Strong business & marketing acumen.

6. Should be self-motivated and proactive.

7. Should have ability to read and conduct data analysis and deriving insight from it.

Salary :-

As per market standard, negotiable

Location- Delhi/Mumbai/Bengalore
