About OneMetric
We're a revenue enablement partner for B2B teams. We help GTM and RevOps leaders bring clarity and scale to their revenue engine, without the tool sprawl and scattered execution most teams end up with.
In five years, we've tripled our team and gone global — helping mid-market teams generate $3M in pipeline in under six months, rebuilding the revenue stack for a 1500+ person enterprise, and running AI-led efficiency plays for teams scaling lean. We're a HubSpot Elite Solutions Provider, in the top 1% of HubSpot partners worldwide.
Who we're hiring for
If you've done delivery at a B2B marketing or GTM agency, you know exactly what this job feels like. Five accounts running at once, none of them on the same timeline. A designer double-booked across two of them. A client who moved the launch date and forgot to mention it. A retainer burning faster than the actual work is getting done.
That's the job. We need someone who's lived through this before and doesn't panic when it happens again.
Part project manager, part scrum master, part people manager. You're not updating a tracker — you know, off the top of your head, where every GTM project stands, why it's stuck if it's stuck, and what needs to happen next. You'll also run a small team of project coordinators, so growing people matters here as much as hitting deadlines.
What you'll do
-
Own delivery across GTM projects — plan, sequence, and track work across multiple concurrent client engagements, knowing exactly where every project stands
-
Run the rituals that actually help — standups, sprint planning, retros, backlog grooming, minus the ceremony for ceremony's sake
-
Manage capacity and resourcing — know who's overloaded and who has room before it becomes a fire drill
-
Own risk, dependency, and scope management — spot blockers early, manage change requests instead of letting scope quietly creep
-
Report status people can use — give GTM leadership a clear, honest read on project health before it turns into a surprise
-
Manage and grow your team — lead project coordinators, run 1:1s that matter, build people who get sharper over time
-
Own the client relationship on delivery — be the steady, credible point of contact on status and timelines
-
Keep improving how delivery works here — bring in what's worked elsewhere, run retrospectives that lead to real change
What a typical week looks like
A mix of: reviewing project health across your portfolio, running 2–3 standups or sprint ceremonies, one deep resourcing conversation about who's stretched thin, a status update to the head of GTM services or a client that requires you to actually know what's going on, a 1:1 with someone on your team, and at least one moment where you have to say "this isn't on track" before someone else notices.
What we're looking for
-
Experience: 7–8 years managing B2B marketing or GTM projects, at an agency specializing in B2B marketing/GTM, and people management experience (10-12 minimum) is a must.
-
Delivery & project management — sequencing, risk/dependency management, change control, budget and retainer tracking
-
Agile fundamentals — running ceremonies, managing a healthy backlog, reporting progress stakeholders actually understand
-
Resourcing —capacity planning across accounts and workstreams, including hiring decisions when the team needs to grow, without burning out the people you already have
-
People management — hiring, coaching, feedback that lands, accountability without micromanaging
-
Client-facing communication — the calm, clear voice when a project isn't going to plan
-
Tooling — comfortable in Asana, monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, or similar
How you think
Calm under deadline pressure — the kind that comes from having seen this before. Structured, but not rigid; you adapt processes to the team, not the other way around. Comfortable delivering uncomfortable status updates early, rather than optimistic ones late.
How success is measured
-
Projects land on time and within scope, with surprises caught early instead of discovered late
-
Your team's capacity is genuinely visible — no one finds out someone's overloaded after a missed deadline
-
Clients trust your updates enough that they don't feel the need to double-check with someone else
-
Your team is measurably better at delivery six months in than the day you started managing them
Why join us
-
Real ownership — you're running delivery for GTM, not updating someone else's tracker
-
People leadership from day one — this role comes with a team, not just a backlog
-
A top-tier ecosystem — HubSpot Elite status means serious tooling, serious clients, top 1% globally
-
Growth that compounds — we've tripled in five years, and early joiners are now running functions
-
Outcomes over hours — we care what ships, not how long you were logged in
