What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a motivated Creative Design Strategist who is eager to contribute to the growth of our agency. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating impactful visual content and excited to drive creative ideas from concept to execution. You should be:

Skilled and proactive: Through internships, freelance work, academic projects, personal projects, or campus initiatives, you have gained hands-on experience in executing creative design projects and understand the fundamentals of design and visual storytelling.
Adaptable: You're open to feedback and comfortable working across different projects, formats, and creative challenges.
Collaborative: You thrive in a team environment and value diverse perspectives and inputs.
Enthusiastic: You bring energy, curiosity, and passion to your work.
Accountable and responsible: You take ownership of your tasks and are committed to delivering high-quality work on time.
Demonstrate leadership potential: Whether through student organisations, project teams, internships, or other initiatives, you've shown the ability to guide, mentor, or coordinate with others.
Vision-oriented: You're ambitious, eager to learn, and aspire to take on larger responsibilities as you grow within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce graphics that align with our brand's aesthetic and voice.
Collaborate with our core team to develop visual content that amplifies our campaigns as well as the brands we work for.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas that drive our visual storytelling.
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.
Ensure all designs are optimised for digital platforms while adhering to the latest design trends and techniques.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 interns/executives, ensuring smooth workflow, effective coordination, and timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

Internship experience, freelance work, academic projects, or a strong portfolio showcasing creative and graphic design capabilities.
A solid understanding of how design functions across digital platforms and how visual communication varies for different target audiences.
A keen eye for detail, along with creativity, originality, visual storytelling skills, and strong conceptual thinking.
Proficiency in standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
A collaborative spirit, ready to work in tandem with various teams.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and flourish in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and design decisions.
Prior exposure to media production, content creation, digital marketing, or related fields through internships, coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities will be an added advantage.
