Job Title: Prompt Engineer (Entry-Level / Fresher)

Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Are you fascinated by Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models? We are seeking an enthusiastic, analytical, and creative fresher to join our growing AI team as a Prompt Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in the AI industry.

Under the mentorship of our senior engineering team, you will learn how to shape the way our AI systems interact, reason, and deliver value. You will assist in designing, testing, and refining the prompts that drive complex LLM behaviors. If you love experimenting with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini and want to turn that passion into a career building advanced AI-native products and autonomous workflows, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Prompt Design & Optimization: Assist in crafting, refining, and iterating on prompts to elicit specific, high-quality responses from foundational LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama).
System Integration Support: Work alongside senior AI engineers to learn how to integrate optimized prompts into broader LLM orchestration workflows and Agentic RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
Evaluation & Testing: Help conduct rigorous A/B testing and use evaluation frameworks to measure prompt effectiveness, accuracy, and response times.
Workflow Automation: Collaborate with AI Solutions Engineers to understand and support automated pipelines where AI agents solve multi-step problems.
Quality & Safety Assurance: Review AI outputs to spot "hallucinations," identify edge cases, and ensure responses align with safety and ethical guidelines.
Documentation: Help build and maintain a comprehensive internal library of prompt templates and version control histories.

Qualifications

Education: Recent graduate (B.Tech/B.E, B.Sc, BCA, or similar) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Technical Knowledge: A strong foundational understanding of (or eager willingness to learn) LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex and Agentic RAG architectures.
Programming: Basic proficiency in Python scripting and familiarity with standard data structures (JSON, XML) to interface with APIs.
Analytical Mindset: Deeply logical and detail-oriented. You enjoy troubleshooting, reverse-engineering problems, and figuring out why an AI model gave a specific answer.
Communication: Excellent written communication skills, with a nuanced understanding of linguistics, context, and tone.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
