This is a requirement for one of our Overseas U.S. based Client (Marketing Agency). You will he hired by Softlab Solutions on behalf of our client here in India. The Job is a remote job Work From Home and you will be exclusively hired and be working for this client.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HubSpot Engineer to lead the technical design, architecture, implementation and optimization of complex HubSpot solutions for our client. The candidate must possess atleast Bachelor's degree and preferably be Hubspot Certified.

Now, they have grown into a respected full-service marketing juggernaut, HubSpot Elite partner, serving Mid-size to Enterprise organizations. They partner with their clients, taking their business to the next level with thoughtful B2B strategies, technology, creativity, and collaboration.
This role serves as the technical authority within implementation projects, translating business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices across CRM architecture, automation, integrations, custom development, and data management. The ideal candidate combines deep HubSpot expertise with strong technical consulting skills and is comfortable collaborating directly with clients, implementation consultants, project managers, and developers to deliver sophisticated CRM and RevOps solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot implementation and engineering experience.
- Expertise with both Hubspot CRM as well as Hubspot CMS development.
- Advanced expertise across HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub and Operations Hub.
- Experience designing and implementing complex CRM architectures and automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of HubSpot APIs, integrations, webhooks, and custom-coded solutions.
- Experience with data migration, cleansing, mapping, and database management.
- Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot Solutions Architecture experience.
- HubSpot CMS development experience.
- Experience with JavaScript, Python, Node.js, SQL, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with middleware and integration platforms such as Zapier, Make, Workato, Tray.io, or similar tools.
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Shopify, or other business systems integrations.
- Understanding of Revenue Operations (RevOps), sales processes, marketing operations and customer success workflows.
- Previous experience working within a HubSpot Solutions Partner agency.
HubSpot Certifications (Preferred – not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot Architecture & Solution Design
- Design and implement scalable HubSpot solutions across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub, and CMS Hub.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client business processes, operational challenges, and system requirements.
- Develop CRM architecture, object relationships, lifecycle frameworks, lead routing processes, and automation strategies.
- Create technical documentation, solution designs, process maps, and implementation plans.
- Recommend best practices for CRM governance, user adoption, security, and long-term scalability.
CRM Configuration & Automation
- Build and optimize complex workflows, automation processes, lead scoring models and revenue operations systems.
- Configure custom objects, custom properties, associations, calculated properties and advanced reporting structures.
- Design and maintain sophisticated lifecycle management and lead management frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HubSpot configuration issues and system inefficiencies.
Integrations & Data Management
- Lead technical implementation of HubSpot integrations with third-party applications and business systems.
- Design and support API-based integrations with ERP, CRM, marketing, customer service and proprietary platforms.
- Manage complex data migrations, imports, exports, transformations, and database cleanup initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity, synchronization accuracy, and compliance with established governance standards.
Custom Development
- Develop and maintain custom code solutions utilizing HubSpot APIs, custom-coded workflow actions, webhooks, and middleware platforms.
- Support HubSpot CMS development, custom modules, templates, and website functionality as needed.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on advanced technical requirements and custom application development.
- Evaluate technical feasibility and provide recommendations for custom development requests.
Quality Assurance & Optimization:
- Conduct solution reviews and technical audits to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify opportunities to improve client systems, automation, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor implementation success and proactively recommend enhancements.
- Stay current on HubSpot platform updates, emerging technologies, and RevOps best practices.
