About Setoo: Setoo is an AI-driven software solutions company building intelligent software, AI applications, enterprise
platforms, automation solutions, and digital experiences for businesses worldwide.
We're looking for a passionate and experienced SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist who
understands how search has evolved beyond traditional SEO. The ideal candidate should have hands-on
experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative
Engine Optimization (GEO), and Performance Marketing, helping both Setoo and our clients achieve
measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Develop and execute SEO strategies for Setoo and client websites.
Perform technical SEO audits and resolve indexing, crawlability, website health, and Core Web Vitals issues.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
Optimize website architecture, metadata, internal linking, structured data, and on-page SEO.
Plan and execute ethical off-page SEO and backlink acquisition strategies.
Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and other SEO tools

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

Optimize content for Featured Snippets, AI Overviews, People Also Ask, Knowledge Panels, and Voice search.
Implement Schema Markup and structured data.
Create answer-focused, entity-driven, and conversational content strategies.

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

Optimize websites and content for AI-powered search platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude,
Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot.
Improve AI discoverability through semantic content, topical authority, and knowledge hubs
Stay updated with AI search trends and evolving search algorithms.Performance Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:

Google Ads
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads
YouTube Ads

Responsibilities include campaign planning, audience targeting, conversion tracking, A/B testing, landing
page optimization, budget management, lead generation, and ROAS optimization for both Setoo and client
projects.

Analytics & Collaboration

Track and report campaign and SEO performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag.
Work closely with developers, designers, and content teams to execute SEO-first marketing strategies.
Leverage AI tools to improve research, content planning, reporting, and overall marketing efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Must Have

Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience and hands-on experience in SEO and Digital Marketing.
Strong expertise in Technical, On-page, and Off-page SEO.
Practical experience with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.Console, and Google Tag Manager.
Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently while delivering measurable results.Preferred Experience:

Working knowledge of one or more of the following:

Ahrefs
SEMrush
Screaming Frog
Looker Studio
Microsoft Clarity
Shopify
WordPress
Next.js
Schema Markup (JSON-LD)
Core Web Vitals
AI-powered SEO and marketing tools

Experience working with B2B SaaS, AI, Software Development, IT Services, or international markets will be an added advantage.

Be comfortable managing both organic growth and paid marketing campaigns.
Think beyond keyword rankings by focusing on ROI, qualified leads, customer acquisition, and business growth.
Continuously experiment, analyze data, and optimize campaigns based on performance.
Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates, AI search evolution, and emerging digital marketing trends.
Take ownership of projects, work independently, and collaborate effectively across marketing, content, and development teams.
