We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager - IT Salesforce Services with strong experience in selling Salesforce services and consulting solutions to join our growing sales team in India.

This is a pure Hunter role, focused primarily on identifying and acquiring new clients, generating qualified sales opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and be able to engage with business and technology decision-makers to understand their challenges and position relevant Salesforce consulting, implementation, customization, integration, managed services, and support solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

New Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for Salesforce consulting and implementation services across relevant geographies and industry segments.

Develop and execute effective outbound sales strategies through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, events, and other lead-generation channels.

Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and develop account-specific prospecting strategies.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with a strong focus on new-logo acquisition.

Generate qualified leads and independently manage the sales cycle from prospecting through closure.

Salesforce Services Sales :

Sell Salesforce professional services including, but not limited to:

Salesforce Consulting

Salesforce Implementation

Salesforce Customization & Development

Salesforce Integration

Salesforce Migration

Salesforce Managed Services & Support

Salesforce Enhancement & Optimization

Salesforce Health Checks and Assessments

Salesforce Data & AI-related services

Understand customer business challenges and map them to appropriate Salesforce solutions and service offerings.

Conduct discovery calls and requirement discussions with prospects to identify business pain points, technical requirements, budgets, timelines, and buying processes.

Work closely with Salesforce Solution Consultants, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and technical teams to develop solution approaches, proposals, SOWs, and commercial offerings.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, capability presentations, and solution demonstrations.

Sales Pipeline & Revenue :

Own and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closure.

Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity, pipeline, activity, and forecast information in the CRM.

Develop sales forecasts and provide regular updates to leadership on pipeline health, opportunities, risks, and expected closures.

Maintain a healthy balance of short-, medium-, and long-term opportunities to ensure predictable revenue generation.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement :

Establish strong relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Salesforce Heads, Digital Transformation Leaders, and other key decision-makers.

Understand clients' digital transformation initiatives and identify opportunities where Salesforce services can create business value.

Conduct consultative conversations rather than transactional product selling.

Build credibility and trust with prospects by demonstrating a strong understanding of Salesforce and their business requirements.

Market Development:

Identify new industries, markets, accounts, and business segments where Salesforce services can be positioned.

Monitor Salesforce ecosystem trends, competitor offerings, market developments, and customer needs.

Participate in relevant Salesforce events, conferences, webinars, networking forums, and industry events to generate new business opportunities.

Develop strategic partnerships and referral channels where relevant to expand the company's Salesforce services business.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

5–8 years of experience in B2B IT Services / Technology Services sales, preferably with significant experience selling Salesforce services and consulting.

Proven track record of new business acquisition and revenue generation in a Sales Manager role.

Strong experience in selling IT consulting, implementation, development, managed services, or digital transformation services.

Good understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce products, implementation lifecycle, integrations, customization, and managed services.

Demonstrated experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

Strong outbound prospecting and lead-generation skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to engage confidently with CXO-level and senior business/technology stakeholders.

Strong consultative selling and solution-selling approach.

Ability to understand customer business challenges and collaborate with technical teams to develop appropriate solutions.

Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.

Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-performance sales environment.

Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and business development activities.

Preferred Qualifications :

Salesforce-related certifications or strong hands-on understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem will be an advantage.

Existing network of prospects or decision-makers within the Salesforce, CRM, Digital Transformation, or IT Services ecosystem will be highly preferred.

Experience selling services to US, UK, Middle East, APAC, or other international markets will be an added advantage.

Experience in selling services through direct enterprise sales, channel partnerships, or strategic alliances will be beneficial.
