Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Process Executive (BPE) who will work closely with the Magsum leadership and consulting team to execute and implement business projects, strategies, processes, and operational initiatives.

The role involves working across multiple projects and coordinating with clients, internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that planned activities are executed effectively and within timelines.

This is an execution-oriented role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, coordinating people, solving operational problems, and getting things done.

Key Responsibilities

Business Project Execution

Understand project objectives, business requirements, and implementation plans.
Convert business strategies and recommendations into actionable tasks.
Coordinate and execute project activities according to defined timelines.
Maintain project trackers and monitor deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines.
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Identify execution gaps, delays, and operational challenges.
Escalate critical issues to the concerned consultant or leadership team.
Ensure projects progress from planning to implementation and completion.

Process Implementation

Understand existing business processes and identify gaps.
Assist in developing and implementing SOPs, workflows, checklists, and process systems.
Coordinate implementation of new processes within client organizations.
Monitor process adoption and execution.
Collect feedback and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Maintain proper process documentation.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate with clients and their teams for project implementation.
Conduct regular follow-ups regarding pending activities and deliverables.
Participate in client meetings and implementation discussions.
Document meeting outcomes, action points, responsibilities, and timelines.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and other external stakeholders when required.
Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders.

KPI, KRA & MIS

Support the implementation of KPIs and KRAs for teams and projects.
Track performance against defined targets.
Maintain MIS, dashboards, and project reports.
Prepare regular project progress reports for the consulting and leadership team.
Highlight performance gaps and support corrective action plans.

Cross-Functional Execution

The BPE may work across multiple business functions depending on project requirements, including:

Internal Magsum Projects

Support implementation of Magsum’s internal business initiatives.
Assist in developing and improving internal processes.
Coordinate with different teams and service partners.
Maintain trackers and ensure timely completion of internal deliverables.
Support the leadership team in executing strategic initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.
0–3 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, consulting, process management, implementation, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
Strong follow-up and task-management skills.
Basic knowledge of business processes and project management.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Word / Google Docs.
Ability to prepare reports, presentations, trackers, and documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The performance of the BPE will be evaluated based on:

Timely execution of assigned projects and activities
Completion of project deliverables within defined timelines
Effectiveness of stakeholder coordination
Process implementation and adherence
Closure of pending action items
Accuracy and quality of MIS and documentation
Identification and resolution of execution gaps
Client/project satisfaction
Ownership and accountability towards assigned projects

The role provides exposure to multiple areas of business consulting and implementation, with potential career progression towards:

Business Process Executive → Senior Business Process Executive → Business Consultant / Project Manager → Senior Business Consultant → Business Manager

Core Expectation

The BPE is expected to ensure that Magsum’s strategies, recommendations, and project plans are not only prepared but successfully implemented and executed.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
