A front office executive plays a crucial role in a healthcare setting by serving as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The job description for a medical receptionist may include the following responsibilities and qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:

Patient Interaction:
Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Schedule appointments, surgeries, and other medical procedures.
Collect and update patient demographic information.
