Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead our marketing strategy, oversee performance across paid and organic channels, and drive measurable growth in leads, traffic, and revenue. This role requires expertise in performance marketing, SEO, content, creative direction, and funnel optimization, along with strong leadership skills to manage a diverse marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify new digital growth opportunities, platforms, and marketing trends.
- Set marketing objectives, KPIs, budgets, and performance benchmarks.
- Take ownership of the overall digital marketing performance of the organization.
2. Performance Marketing
- Lead and oversee Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and admissions.
- Develop strategies to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall campaign efficiency.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead-to-admission ratio.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Manage and allocate digital advertising budgets effectively.
3. SEO & Website Growth
- Develop and oversee the company's SEO strategy to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
- Guide keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and content optimization.
- Monitor search rankings, organic traffic, and website performance.
- Work with content and development teams to improve website visibility and conversion.
- Identify opportunities for organic lead generation and long-term search growth.
4. Social Media & Brand Strategy
- Develop and oversee the social media strategy across relevant platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and communication across digital channels.
- Lead campaigns designed to improve brand awareness, engagement, reach, and lead generation.
- Analyze social media performance and implement strategies for continuous growth.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, formats, algorithms, and platform opportunities.
5. Content & Creative Direction
- Work closely with content writers, designers, video editors, and social media teams to develop high-performing marketing content.
- Provide strategic direction for ad creatives, promotional campaigns, videos, blogs, reels, and other digital assets.
- Ensure creative content aligns with campaign objectives, target audiences, and brand guidelines.
- Identify content opportunities that can support both brand growth and lead generation.
6. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads for Techolas training programs.
- Monitor the complete digital lead funnel from campaign engagement to admission.
- Work closely with the business and admissions teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Identify gaps in the funnel and implement data-driven strategies to improve conversions.
- Oversee landing page, campaign, and lead-nurturing optimization initiatives.
7. Analytics, Reporting & Performance Management
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance across all major channels.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and relevant SEO/marketing tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management with clear insights and recommendations.
- Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities through marketing data.
- Use performance data to make informed decisions regarding campaigns, budgets, content, and strategy..
8. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and oversee digital campaigns for new courses, offers, events, workshops, webinars, and other company initiatives.
- Develop campaign calendars and ensure timely execution across platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are supported with the required content and creatives.
- Evaluate campaign outcomes and implement improvements for future campaigns.
9. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Conduct competitor and audience research to identify new opportunities.
- Understand student behavior, market demand, and changing preferences within the IT education sector.
- Translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with significant experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and lead generation.
- Experience in managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and conversion funnels.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEO tools, and marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and team-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, teams, and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of branding, content marketing, and digital audience engagement.
- Ability to take ownership of marketing targets and deliver measurable business results.
