JOB DESCRIPTION

Public Relations Executive

About the Role

Aadishwar Food Products is looking for a confident, creative, and outgoing Public Relations Executive who can build strong relationships with existing and potential customers while promoting the company's brand across digital and social media platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for customer relationship management, influencer coordination, video content creation, customer interviews, social media activities, digital marketing support, and brand promotion.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, appearing in or coordinating video content, approaching influencers, and representing the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong and professional relationships with the company's existing customers.
Communicate with new and prospective customers and understand their requirements.
Regularly follow up with customers to maintain long-term business relationships.
Collect customer feedback regarding products, service, quality, packaging, and overall experience.
Identify customer concerns and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.

2. Customer Interviews & Testimonials

Conduct professional interviews with existing customers to understand their experience with the company's products.
Record customer testimonials, reviews, feedback, and success stories.
Coordinate customer interviews for promotional videos and social media content.
Identify satisfied customers who can participate in testimonials, promotional campaigns, and brand stories.
Convert customer feedback into engaging content for digital platforms.

3. Social Media Influencer Management

Identify and approach relevant social media influencers, food bloggers, creators, and content creators.
Build and maintain professional relationships with influencers.
Coordinate influencer collaborations, product reviews, promotional videos, and campaigns.
Negotiate and coordinate collaboration requirements within approved company budgets.
Track influencer campaign performance, reach, engagement, and results.
Maintain an updated database of influencers and content creators.

4. Video & Content Creation

Plan and coordinate short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
Participate in and coordinate product videos, customer interviews, testimonials, behind-the-scenes videos, and promotional content.
Develop creative ideas and concepts for videos and social media campaigns.
Coordinate with videographers, editors, influencers, and internal teams.
Assist in basic video shooting, editing, scripting, and content planning where required.
Ensure that all content reflects the company's brand image and communication standards.

5. Social Media & Digital Marketing

Assist in managing the company's social media presence and digital marketing activities.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team for content calendars, campaigns, promotions, and advertisements.
Monitor social media comments, messages, reviews, mentions, and customer feedback.
Generate ideas for increasing brand awareness, engagement, followers, and customer reach.
Assist in running promotional and digital marketing campaigns.
Monitor competitors' digital activities and identify new marketing opportunities.

6. Public Relations & Brand Promotion

Represent the company professionally when communicating with customers, influencers, vendors, business partners, and other external stakeholders.
Develop opportunities for increasing the company's visibility and brand recognition.
Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, exhibitions, events, and other brand-related activities.
Maintain a positive public image of the company and its brands.
Identify potential collaborations and promotional opportunities.

7. Market Research & Business Development Support

Conduct basic market research to understand customer preferences and market trends.
Monitor competitors, their products, promotional activities, pricing, and digital presence.
Identify potential customers, influencers, creators, and business opportunities.
Share market insights and customer feedback with management.

8. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Maintain records of customer interactions, influencer collaborations, campaigns, interviews, and promotional activities.
Prepare regular reports on social media activities, influencer campaigns, customer feedback, and PR initiatives.
Track campaign performance, engagement, leads, and other relevant metrics.
Provide recommendations to management for improving brand visibility and customer engagement.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Confident and professional personality.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers and influencers.
Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing.
Creative thinking and content-generation skills.
Basic knowledge of video shooting, editing, and content creation will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· Qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in Public Relations, Customer Relations, Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, FMCG, Food & Beverage, or a related field will be preferred.
Candidates who are comfortable appearing on camera or conducting customer interviews will have an advantage.
Candidates with existing relationships with food bloggers, influencers, or content creators will be preferred.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings, shoots, events, exhibitions, and influencer collaborations.
Strong professional attitude with a customer-first approach.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience, communication skills, creativity, and overall suitability for the role.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Location: Tughalkabad Village, New Delhi

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
