Job Summary

Takshasheela School of Civil Services is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who is energetic, target-oriented, and experienced in sales, marketing, and business development.

The candidate will be responsible for driving student admissions, lead generation, revenue growth, marketing campaigns, institutional partnerships, and team performance. Candidates with experience in the UPSC/APSC/ADRE coaching or education sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
Generate leads through tele-calling, field visits, digital marketing, referrals, institutional outreach, and promotional activities.
Convert prospective student leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Lead and manage the sales and marketing team and monitor individual and team performance.
Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, educational institutions, students, parents, and other stakeholders.
Identify and develop new opportunities for institutional tie-ups and business partnerships.
Plan and execute seminars, career counselling sessions, college visits, admission drives, and promotional events.
Monitor sales pipeline, lead conversion, admissions, and revenue generation.
Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for management.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities.
Coordinate with the academic, admissions, and creative teams for promotional campaigns and student engagement activities.
Assist in developing marketing materials, advertisements, brochures, social media campaigns, and other promotional content.
Ensure timely follow-up with leads and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students.
Take ownership of sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development, or admissions.
Candidates with experience in UPSC/APSC/ADRE coaching institutes or the education sector will be preferred.
Proven ability to achieve sales, admission, and revenue targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of lead generation, sales conversion, marketing, and business development.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Ability to build and maintain institutional and customer relationships.
Ability to analyse sales data and prepare performance reports.
Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
Willingness to travel for college visits, meetings, promotional activities, and institutional outreach.
