Full job description

Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing and optimising paid digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, lead generation, conversion tracking and campaign optimisation. You should be confident in independently managing multiple client campaigns, analysing performance and improving results based on data.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max and Remarketing.
Develop effective lead generation and conversion-focused advertising strategies.
Manage campaigns for both service-based and eCommerce businesses.
Set up and manage Facebook Pixel, Meta Conversions API and conversion events.
Set up and troubleshoot Google Ads conversion tracking.
Work with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Create Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences and retargeting campaigns.
Conduct audience, competitor and market research.
Perform A/B testing across creatives, ad copy, audiences and landing pages.
Monitor and optimise CPC, CTR, CPM, CPL, CPA, conversion rates and ROAS.
Manage and optimise daily and monthly advertising budgets.
Identify underperforming campaigns and implement strategies to improve results.
Work with the design/content team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.
Analyse landing pages and recommend improvements to increase conversions.
Prepare clear weekly/monthly campaign performance reports.
Manage multiple client advertising accounts and campaigns simultaneously.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
Strong practical experience with Google Ads.
Proven experience generating leads through Facebook and Instagram advertising.
Strong understanding of campaign funnels and retargeting strategies.
Experience with Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI).
Good knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Strong understanding of conversion tracking and attribution.
Ability to analyse campaign data and make data-driven optimisation decisions.
Experience managing advertising budgets and scaling successful campaigns.
Understanding of landing page optimisation and conversion rate optimisation.
Good communication, reporting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience running campaigns for international clients.
Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify-based businesses.
Basic understanding of SEO and Google Search Console.
Experience with eCommerce catalogue and dynamic product advertising.
Understanding of creative strategy and ad copywriting.
