About OVENTRA

OVENTRA is a cloud-based B2B ordering and channel sales platform designed to help manufacturers and distributors digitize their ordering operations.

The platform supports Android, iOS and Web, enabling businesses to manage Partner Meet Ordering, Distributor Ordering, Dealer Ordering, QR-based product ordering, digital catalogues, order management, dashboards and business reports.

We are looking for a Software Implementation & Support Executive who can work closely with our clients, understand their requirements, conduct product demonstrations, assist with implementation and provide ongoing application support.

About the Role

This is a client-facing technology role that combines software implementation, product demonstrations, client training, application support, testing and coordination with the development team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with business users, understanding their requirements, explaining software features and coordinating internally to ensure successful implementation and support.

You will play an important role in ensuring that clients are able to successfully adopt and use OVENTRA.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Demonstrations

Conduct online and offline demonstrations of OVENTRA for prospective and existing clients.
Understand the client's business process and demonstrate relevant features accordingly.
Explain application workflows, features and benefits in a simple and business-friendly manner.
Conduct customized demonstrations based on client requirements.

2. Software Implementation

Assist clients with setting up and configuring OVENTRA.
Coordinate the onboarding process from initial setup to go-live.
Configure products, categories, users, distributors, dealers and other required information.
Ensure that client data and configurations are correctly implemented.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve implementation-related requirements.

3. Client Training

Train clients and their teams on the use of OVENTRA.
Conduct training sessions for administrators, sales teams, distributors and dealers.
Prepare and maintain basic user guides and training material.
Help users understand application workflows and best practices.

4. Client Support

Provide first-level support to clients for application-related queries.
Understand and troubleshoot basic functional issues.
Track reported issues and coordinate with the development team wherever technical intervention is required.
Follow up with clients until issues are resolved.
Maintain proper records of support requests and resolutions.

5. Requirement Gathering & Analysis

Understand the client's existing B2B ordering and business processes.
Gather requirements for new features, enhancements and customizations.
Document requirements clearly for discussion with the development team.
Coordinate between clients and developers to ensure requirements are properly understood and implemented.

6. Application Testing

Test OVENTRA features and workflows before deployment.
Perform functional and regression testing across Android, iOS and Web.
Identify bugs, usability issues and inconsistencies.
Prepare test cases and document issues clearly.
Verify fixes and enhancements before they are released to clients.

7. Data Management

Assist clients with uploading and managing product and business data.
Work with Excel/CSV files for data preparation and validation.
Check data for accuracy and completeness before uploading.
Assist with product, distributor, dealer, pricing and other master data.

8. Internal Coordination

Coordinate closely with the development and QA teams.
Communicate client issues and requirements clearly.
Track development tasks and implementation activities.
Participate in internal discussions related to product improvements and client requirements.

Skills & CompetenciesMust Have

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of software applications.
Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Strong attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Ability to understand business requirements and explain them clearly.
Willingness to learn new software products and technologies.
Ability to manage multiple client requirements and follow-ups.
