We partner with globally recognized manufacturers of monitoring devices, communication infrastructure, and analytical software to deliver integrated solutions that enable industries and utilities to transition from Time-Based Maintenance to Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM).

Our prestigious client base includes IOCL, NHPC, Tata Steel, Schneider Electric, BHEL, NRL, ABB, Andritz Hydro, Voith, Kahramaa (State Utility of Qatar), and over 50 leading industrial and utility organizations. Role Overview

Navitus Controls & Equipment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Technical Solution Sales Professionals for positions ranging from Sales Executive to Country Manager.

This role is strictly intended for candidates with experience in Technical Solution Sales, Engineering Sales, Industrial Automation Sales, Electrical Equipment Sales, Instrumentation Sales, Asset Monitoring Solutions, or similar B2B technology solution selling.

Candidates having experience only in FMCG, Retail, Consumer Products, Pharma, Insurance, Telecom, Banking, Real Estate, Automobile dealership, or other non-technical sales domains are requested not to apply.

The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting high-value engineering solutions in the field of Electrical Asset Condition Monitoring to Utilities, Power Plants, Industries, EPC Companies, and OEMs.

Key Responsibilities

· Promote and sell Condition Monitoring and Electrical Asset Management Solutions.

· Identify new business opportunities across Utilities, Power, Oil & Gas, Steel, Cement, Railways, Mining, and Process Industries.

· Build long-term relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and end users.

· Prepare techno-commercial offers, tenders, technical proposals, BOQs, and cost estimations.

· Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.

· Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.

· Coordinate with application engineering, design, and service teams for customized solutions.

· Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business opportunities.

· Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.

· For Country Manager Positions, lead, mentor, and manage a nationwide technical sales team.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who have experience in selling technical products or engineering solutions such as:

· Electrical Equipment

· HV/EHV Systems

· Protection & Control Systems

· Condition Monitoring Systems

· SCADA / Automation

· Instrumentation

· Industrial IoT

· Electrical Testing & Diagnostic Equipment

· Power Quality Solutions

· Substation Equipment

· Switchgear

· Transformers

· Renewable Energy Solutions

· Asset Monitoring Solutions

· Fiber Optic Sensing, Perimeter Intrusion Detection System.

Experience in consultative selling, solution selling, or project sales will be highly preferred.

Qualifications

· B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering

· B.E./B.Tech in Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering

· M.Sc. in Physics (Instrumentation/Electronics background preferred)

Experience

· 2–20 years of experience in Technical Solution Sales or Engineering Sales.

· Team management experience is mandatory for Country Manager Positions.

Skills Required

· Strong technical aptitude.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Good understanding of HV/EHV electrical systems is preferred.

· Experience in techno-commercial proposal preparation.

· Tendering and bid management experience.

· Ability to understand customer applications and recommend suitable technical solutions.

· Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office & other basic AI tools.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (Based on experience and role)

Performance-based incentives will be offered for eligible candidates.
