Driven by data and grounded in culture, WhyShy Media focuses on analysis, strategy, integration, and navigation to deliver deeper audience engagement. The team works closely with clients to build long-term, results-oriented influencer marketing programs that support brand growth and visibility.

Role Description

The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves identifying and vetting suitable influencers, coordinating outreach and communication, and assisting with contract and deliverable management. The coordinator will help track campaign timelines, collect content, ensure brand guidelines are followed, and monitor performance across platforms. They will collaborate with internal teams to prepare campaign briefs, maintain influencer databases, and compile reports and insights for clients. The role also includes staying updated on social media trends, platform best practices, and emerging creators to inform future campaigns.

Responsibilities

Manage influencer campaigns from onboarding to completion.
Coordinate with creators, managers, and internal teams.
Source and shortlist relevant influencers as per campaign requirements.
Negotiate commercials and deliverables with creators.
Share briefs and ensure creators understand campaign requirements.
Track product dispatch, content submission, revisions, approvals, and live links.
Follow up with creators regularly to ensure timely deliverables.
Maintain campaign sheets and provide regular status updates.
Resolve creator-related issues and ensure smooth campaign execution.
Support campaign reporting and performance tracking.

Requirements

6 months–1 year of experience in influencer marketing/creator management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of Instagram and the influencer ecosystem.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good command of Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and creators simultaneously.
Fast-paced, organized, and detail-oriented.

Salary - 15k - 20k

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
