Location: Kudlu Gate, Bangalore
Work Mode: On-site
Experience: Freshers to 4 Years
Salary: Up to ₹3.36 LPA
Qualification: Post-Graduation
Education: MBA is Mandatory

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, highly organized, proactive, and responsible Founder’s Office Executive / Executive Assistant who will work closely with the Founders and support them in business coordination, meetings, follow-ups, client communication, office activities, and external engagements.

This is not a conventional administrative role. The selected candidate will work directly with the Founders and gain valuable exposure to Business Development, Recruitment, Client Management, Operations, Sales, Networking, and Entrepreneurship.

The ideal candidate should be confident, well-organized, excellent at follow-ups, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Founder Support

Manage and coordinate the Founders' calendars, meetings, and appointments.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule meetings as required.
Maintain a daily tracker of important meetings, calls, follow-ups, and pending actions.
Prepare meeting notes and track action items.
Remind Founders about important deadlines, commitments, and follow-ups.
Support Founders with day-to-day business coordination.

2. Calls & Follow-Ups

Make professional calls to clients, prospects, vendors, candidates, and other stakeholders.
Follow up on meetings, proposals, requirements, payments, and pending activities.
Maintain a structured follow-up tracker.
Ensure important follow-ups are completed on time.
Escalate critical or delayed matters to the Founders.

3. Business Development Support

Assist Founders in scheduling client and prospect meetings.
Conduct initial outreach and follow-ups when required.
Maintain lead and prospect information.
Coordinate demos, business meetings, and client discussions.
Assist in preparing basic business presentations and documents.

4. Office & Operations Coordination

Monitor important day-to-day office activities.
Coordinate with team members and Team Leads regarding pending tasks.
Follow up on internal deadlines, reports, and assigned activities.
Identify operational issues and bring them to the Founders' attention.
Assist with office coordination and administrative activities.

5. Team Coordination

Follow up with recruiters and Team Leads regarding assigned tasks.
Maintain basic task and status trackers.
Help ensure internal deadlines are achieved.
Coordinate internal meetings and discussions.
Maintain confidentiality regarding employee, client, and business information.

6. Events & External Meetings

Accompany Founders to selected client meetings, networking events, and business events.
Assist with event registrations and coordination.
Collect business cards, contact information, and potential business leads.
Maintain event-related follow-up information.
Represent the organization professionally during external engagements.

7. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare basic Excel / Google Sheets trackers.
Prepare meeting summaries and follow-up lists.
Assist with presentations, reports, and business documents.
Maintain organized digital records.
Prepare daily/weekly status reports whenever required.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong command of English.
Confidence in making professional calls.
Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proactive, energetic, and responsible personality.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and email.
Professional appearance and behaviour.
Willingness to attend business meetings and external events with Founders.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

MBA is mandatory.
Must be comfortable working from office at Kudlu Gate, Bangalore.
Must be comfortable making frequent professional calls.
Must be willing to attend external meetings and business events with Founders.
Should be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and confidentiality is essential.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
