About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and creative Social Media Manager & Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both social media/content management and day-to-day office coordination.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, coordinating content and marketing activities, and supporting the smooth operation of daily office activities.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
Create, schedule, publish, and coordinate engaging posts, reels, stories, and other content.
Work with photographers, videographers, influencers, and other content creators when required.
Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and follower growth.
Respond to comments and messages and maintain positive engagement with the online community.
Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Assist with social media campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Track performance and prepare basic social media reports and insights.

Office Coordination

Coordinate day-to-day administrative and office activities.
Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and internal communications.
Maintain office records, documents, and basic reports.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, clients, and other business contacts as needed.
Assist with inventory, office supplies, and general administrative requirements.
Support management and team members with day-to-day operational tasks.
Help ensure that office activities are organized and completed efficiently.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, administration, or office coordination is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and social media trends.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
Basic knowledge of Canva and social media scheduling tools is a plus.
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
