E-commerce Operations Executive

Experience: 0–2 years
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month
Location: Gurgaon

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage daily order processing, returns and inventory through Unicommerce. The role will also involve maintaining price accuracy across Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart and Ajio.

The two primary responsibilities of this position are:

Processing orders and returns through Unicommerce.
Managing and reconciling inventory across marketplaces.

This is an entry-level, execution-focused role requiring good Excel skills, accuracy and familiarity with marketplace seller portals. Experience with a women’s fashion or apparel brand is preferred.

Key Responsibilities1. Order and Return Processing — Primary Responsibility

Process daily marketplace orders through Unicommerce.
Generate invoices, shipping labels and manifests.
Monitor pending, unallocated, cancelled and failed orders.
Ensure orders are processed and dispatched within marketplace timelines.
Process customer cancellations, returns and return-to-origin orders.
Track return shipments and ensure returned stock is updated correctly.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for picking, packing, dispatch and returns.
Identify and report order-processing or system-sync issues.
Maintain daily reports for orders, dispatches, cancellations and returns.

2. Inventory Management — Primary Responsibility

Monitor SKU-level and size-level inventory in Unicommerce.
Ensure inventory is correctly synced across Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart and Ajio.
Identify and report stock mismatches, negative inventory and overselling risks.
Reconcile marketplace inventory with Unicommerce and warehouse stock records.
Update inventory after receiving confirmation from the warehouse.
Manage parent and child SKUs, including colour and size variations.
Track inward stock, returned stock and inventory adjustments.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to resolve stock discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain daily or weekly inventory reports.
Escalate inventory issues to the E-commerce Manager in a timely manner.

Marketplace Pricing and Seller Portal Operations

Check prices, MRPs and discounts across Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart and Ajio.
Compare live marketplace prices with approved internal pricing sheets.
Update prices and discounts on seller portals as instructed.
Identify and report pricing or discount discrepancies.
Verify that approved price changes are correctly reflected on live product pages.
Download and maintain order, inventory, return and pricing reports.
Monitor seller portal notifications, pending actions and operational deadlines.

Excel and Reporting

Prepare order, return, inventory, dispatch and pricing reports.
Compare data from Unicommerce, seller portals and internal records.
Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, PivotTables, filters and conditional formatting.
Identify missing SKUs, duplicate entries and data mismatches.
Ensure all operational trackers are accurate and updated on time.

Key Requirements

Graduate or diploma holder in any relevant discipline.
0–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, order processing or inventory management.
Hands-on or working knowledge of Unicommerce is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart and Ajio seller portals.
Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, including lookup formulas and PivotTables.
Understanding of order processing, invoicing, dispatch, cancellations and returns.
Basic knowledge of inventory reconciliation and stock management.
Strong attention to detail while working with inventory, prices, SKUs and quantities.
Ability to follow processes and complete tasks within deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience with a women’s fashion or apparel brand is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
