Digital Marketing Manager(Google Ads & Meta Ads)

About the Role

Maksasoft is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign optimization, lead generation, and digital marketing analytics. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and maximizing ROI across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns).
Create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation and brand awareness.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Manage remarketing and audience targeting strategies.
Track website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising platform updates.

Required Skills

1–3 years of digital marketing experience in an IT company or IT services environment.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, conversion tracking, and lead generation.
Experience with keyword research tools and performance reporting.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.
Experience with LinkedIn Ads is an added advantage.
