About the Role
You’ll join our 15-member Salesforce team within GBS, which works with stakeholders and developers worldwide. We handle complex Salesforce architecture and business needs, ensuring best practices and modern development patterns.
We are looking for a salesforce developer who is basically open minded and self-organized about the assigned tasks or projects. Should be highly motivated and take ownership of design, implementation and deployment to next salesforce system in a pipeline using CI/ CD DevOps tool (Copado).

Role Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ+ solutions, leveraging strong Tech Savvy and Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Apply Consulting Skills and Business Insights to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions that deliver value.
Collaborate with business and technical teams, effectively Balancing Stakeholder expectations while ensuring successful project outcomes.
Utilize modern tools, hands-on coding, and pair programming practices to drive innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
Lead solution discussions using strong Facilitation Skills and Persuasion to influence decisions and gain stakeholder buy-in.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders by demonstrating credibility, transparency, and a deep understanding of business needs to support long-term success.
What you will be doing
Within 3 Months you will:
- Get familiar with our salesforce technology stack and instances.
- Get familiar with and take part in the team’s agile processes and ceremonies.
- Understand business processes and follow best practices set for the development team.
- Be able to solve small requirements with little guidance from team members.
By 3-6 months you will:
- Be an active member of development/support projects.
- Be able to properly understand and discuss business requirements with stakeholders & product owners.
- Review existing documentation and provide feedback.
- Pair up in weekly deployment activities.
By 6-12 months you will:
- Handle salesforce developments independently on the proposed solutions in design sessions.
- Transform high-level requirements into actionable work.
- Refactor the existing developments whenever you see scope for improvement.
Spare 10% of your time and focus on innovative topics apart from assigned tasks.
About You
- 3-5 years of experience with hands-on technical development/programming
- Certifications Preferred - Administrator, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud, App Builder, Development I/II, Copado Certified Administrator
- In-depth understanding of SFDC Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Process Builder, Flow Designer and Triggers, etc.
- Solid experience in Aura Lightning Component and LWC
- Solid experience in developing Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
- Apex & Visual Force Development/SFDC Configuration/Force.com Customization Experience using Apex Data Loader utility.
- Experience with Lightning components and Lightning Design System
- Good to have experience of APEX enterprise patterns and antipatterns (fflib)
- Familiarity with Einstein capabilities, Agent force, and Prompt Builder is a plus.
- A natural communicator who knows how to translate business requests into effective technical solutions.
- Good team player & excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills
