IPage Vision is an architectural visualization and immersive media studio with operations in Hyderabad and Singapore. We work with real estate developers, builders, and architects across South Asia and Southeast Asia, producing photorealistic renders, aerial perspectives, 360-degree virtual tours, and VR-ready environments. Our clients include residential high-rise developers and commercial property groups who require developer-grade visualization for sales campaigns, investor decks, and project marketing.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated ArchViz intern who is serious about building a strong professional portfolio in architectural visualization. This is not a simulated learning exercise. From the first week, you will work on real client deliverables that go directly into developer sales collateral, investor presentations, and property marketing campaigns.
If you can model and render convincingly, understand how light and materials behave at different scales, and are willing to work to real studio standards, this internship will give you project exposure that most graduates do not see for years.
Key Responsibilities
Produce photorealistic exterior renders and aerial perspectives of tall residential towers, multi-tower masterplans, and mixed-use developments for property developer marketing
Create hero renders, bird's-eye aerials, and eye-level perspectives suitable for hoardings, sales brochures, digital campaigns, and investor presentations
Model and texture architectural geometry in Rhino, SketchUp, or 3ds Max from supplied drawings, floor plans, and reference material
Set up and execute renders in D5 Render while maintaining consistent lighting, material quality, and tone across all project deliverables
Post-process renders in Photoshop for final output, including sky replacements, people and foliage entourage, color grading, and branding overlays
Assist with 360-degree panoramic scene setups and 3DVista Virtual Tour integration for developer showcase portals
Follow studio file naming conventions, folder structures, and delivery protocols on every project
Take creative direction and technical feedback, revise efficiently, and meet client delivery timelines
Required Skills
Proficiency in SketchUp/Rhino 3D — mandatory
Proficiency in Blender — mandatory
Proficiency in D5 Render — mandatory
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for post-production and compositing
Ability to read and interpret architectural floor plans, sections, and elevation drawings
Understanding of scale, proportion, and material behavior in large residential and mixed-use projects
Strong compositional eye for lighting, depth, atmosphere, and realism
Portfolio demonstrating 3D visualization work — academic, personal, or freelance projects accepted
Preferred Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or a related field
Prior experience producing renders for high-rise or multi-tower residential projects
Familiarity with 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, or Corona Renderer
Knowledge of 3DVista Virtual Tour Builder or equivalent virtual tour platforms
Understanding of aerial composition and drone imagery framing for property marketing
Exposure to Unreal Engine or Twinmotion for real-time walkthrough visualization
