Full job description

About the Internship

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern – Recruitment to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process and provides an excellent opportunity to develop talent acquisition and HR coordination skills. The ideal candidate should be passionate about people management, communication, and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial telephonic screening and candidate assessments.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Draft and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support on-boarding activities for selected candidates.
Generate recruitment reports and maintain recruitment-related documentation.
Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment strategies and candidate experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment will be an added advantage.
