About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team at Shop LC. The role will focus on developing visually compelling, brand-aligned marketing materials across print and digital platforms. The designer will play a key role in shaping campaign visuals that engage customers and strengthen brand identity across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality marketing creatives that support campaigns, promotions, and brand communications.
Design and develop marketing magazines, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other promotional materials.
Create visually engaging digital assets for email campaigns, social media, and website promotions.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, merchandising, and content teams to translate campaign goals into strong visual narratives.
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
Support campaign ideation with creative inputs and visual storytelling concepts.
Handle end-to-end design execution from concept to final production-ready files.
Work on both print and digital formats, ensuring high-quality output across all channels.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

4-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or retail environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing work in marketing magazines, flyers, posters, banners, brochures, and promotional campaigns (mandatory).
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related tools).
Strong understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Experience in creating print-ready artwork and coordinating with print vendors.
Ability to translate marketing briefs into compelling visual concepts.
Strong attention to detail and consistency in brand execution.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in retail, e-commerce, or lifestyle brand marketing.
Exposure to global campaign design standards.
