Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Location: Kolkata / Jadavpur

Employment Type: Full-Time

Incredible Designs is a growing interior design company known for transforming spaces with creativity, functionality, and precision. We work on multiple residential and commercial projects, ensuring attention to detail and timely execution. Our work environment is professional, supportive, and focused on long-term growth.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a sensible, detail-oriented, and responsible Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Tally and a good understanding of accounting processes related to multiple project management. You’ll work closely with our accounts and project teams to ensure smooth financial operations across various ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally and other relevant software.

Handle project-wise billing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.

Prepare and manage invoices, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.

Support senior accountants in preparing financial reports and project summaries.

Monitor vendor payments, petty cash, and expense claims.

Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.

Coordinate with project managers to ensure accurate cost tracking per project.

Maintain proper filing and digital record-keeping systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting (preferably in a design, construction, or project-based company).

Freshers are welcome with advance Excel knowledge.

Proficiency in comfort with MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Knowledge of basic accounting principles and statutory compliances.
