About the Role

Sleepy Edusolutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operational and academic coordination activities. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy organizing work, coordinating with teams, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and schedule digital content uploads across internal platforms.
Assist in compiling, organizing, and maintaining academic and operational documents.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain records, trackers, and reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
Handle basic queries received through official communication channels.
Support scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative coordination for ongoing projects.
Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Who Can Apply

Graduates from any discipline.
Freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of administrative or operations experience.
Candidates with strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Skills Preferred

Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
