The key responsibilities for this role are as follows:

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

Manage the front desk and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and direct them to the concerned departments. (Proposed)
Coordinate visitor entries, meeting room bookings, and hospitality arrangements.
Receive, record, and distribute couriers, parcels, and official documents.
Maintain visitor registers and front office records.
Provide administrative support for office operations as and when required.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility management teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain office supplies and raise requisitions for stationery and pantry items.
Support employee onboarding by coordinating visitor access, ID cards, and workspace readiness.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,094.16 per month
