Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Pizza Maker (Commis I) to prepare high-quality pizzas while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepares pizza dough, sauces, and toppings as per standard recipes
Stretches, assembles, and bakes pizzas with proper technique
Ensures consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Maintains cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and pizza station
Follows food safety standards and kitchen SOPs
Supports senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
Checks stock levels and informs seniors for replenishment
Ensures proper storage of ingredients and minimizes wastage

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience as a Pizza Maker or in a similar role
Basic knowledge of pizza preparation techniques and baking
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Good understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
Team player with a positive attitude
