We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Executive to manage our digital ecosystem, support our academic and administrative staff, and ensure a seamless tech experience for our students and parents.

Position Overview

Job Title: IT Executive / IT Coordinator
Location: Vasai East, Palghar / Mumbai Region
Job Type: Full-time
Reports To: School Principal / Head of Administration

Key Responsibilities1. Classroom Tech & Lab Management

Set up, configure, and troubleshoot interactive smartboards, projectors, and audio-visual (AV) setups for daily classes and school assemblies.
Manage and maintain the Computer Lab, Robotics Lab, and STEM learning equipment, ensuring hardware, software, and peripheral devices are fully operational.
Provide on-the-spot technical assistance to teachers, staff, and students during school hours.

2. ERP & Database Administration

Oversee the daily operations of the School ERP / e-Care Panel (student database, fee entry records, library books, and digital report cards).
Manage student/parent credentials and resolve login or access issues for the online portal.
Maintain data integrity and schedule regular local and cloud backups of critical school information.

3. Network & Infrastructure Support

Maintain the campus Local Area Network (LAN), Wi-Fi routers, and internet connectivity across all blocks.
Monitor and manage campus security infrastructure, including CCTV cameras and access control systems.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, software renewals, and internet service provider (ISP) issues.

4. Digital Communication & Website Management

Keep the official school website accurate and up to date with the latest notices, events, and circulars.
Assist the administration in dispatching official broadcast messages, SMS notifications, and emails to parents.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or computer applications (BCA, B.Sc. IT, MCA, or equivalent).
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably within an educational institution or school setup.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/Mac OS, PC hardware, and printers.
Familiarity with educational ERP platforms and content management systems (CMS) for websites.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP routing, DNS, Wi-Fi configuration).
Soft Skills: Excellent patience and communication skills to work effectively with teachers, students, and parents.Ability to work proactively under minimal supervision.
