Meera Consulting Ltd is a fast-growing global consulting and professional services organization specializing in Recruitment Services, HR Solutions, Digital Marketing, Website Design & Development, IT Services, Study Abroad Consulting, and Business Consulting. We are looking for highly motivated and career-oriented individuals who are passionate about business development, sales, marketing, and client acquisition.

We are seeking enthusiastic and result-driven Lead Generation Interns to join our remote business development team. This internship provides hands-on experience in lead generation, business development, sales prospecting, B2B sales, digital outreach, and client relationship management.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, research abilities, and a passion for identifying potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate qualified business leads through various online and offline channels.
Conduct market research and prospect identification across multiple industries.
Build and maintain lead databases using CRM tools and spreadsheets.
Perform cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and business prospecting activities.
Generate B2B and B2C sales opportunities.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and business discussions with prospective clients.
Follow up with potential clients and maintain engagement pipelines.
Support the sales and business development team in achieving organizational goals.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and sales activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Assist in client acquisition and customer relationship management activities.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and business development.
Knowledge of LinkedIn, email marketing, and online lead generation tools.
Good internet research and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and performance-driven mindset.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is preferred.
