Full job description

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding processes, and day-today HR operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions and an opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support:

Assist in job postings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Support in sourcing candidates through different recruitment channels.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial screening calls and maintain candidate database.

2. Employee Engagement & Relations:

Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in conducting employee surveys and compiling feedback reports.
Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.

3. Onboarding Support:

Assist in the onboarding process of new hires.
Coordinate documentation and induction formalities.
Support in preparing welcome kits and orientation materials.

4. HR Operations:

Maintain attendance and leave records.
Assist in updating HRMIS or internal HR software.

5. Exit Formalities Support:

Assist in exit interview coordination and documentation.
Support in clearance process and record maintenance.

Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PG in HR.
Strong verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
