We are looking for a confident, presentable, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team at our KPHB Colony showroom.

If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and are passionate about building lasting relationships, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers warmly and ensure they have a pleasant shopping experience.
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service.
Schedule customer appointments and manage customer feedback.
Assist in promotional campaigns, festive offers, and customer engagement activities.
Maintain customer records accurately in the CRM system.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues whenever required.
Support store operations and administrative activities as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Experience in Customer Service, CRM, Retail, Jewellery, Hospitality, Banking, Reception, or BPO will be an added advantage.
Graduation is preferred (Intermediate candidates with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Good communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi will be an advantage.
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
