About AMA Design Studio

AMA Design Studio is a multidisciplinary architecture and interior design practice known for thoughtful, detail-driven, and context-sensitive design solutions. We value professionalism, creativity, and a collaborative work culture.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
Support preparation of offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and HR policies
Coordinate employee engagement activities, office events, and internal communication
Handle basic payroll coordination, follow-ups with accounts team, and compliance documentation
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and maintain a positive workplace culture

Personal Assistant Responsibilities

Provide administrative and personal assistance to the Principal Architect / Management
Manage daily schedules, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups
Handle official correspondence, emails, drafting letters, and documentation
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, clients, and internal teams when required
Maintain confidentiality of all professional and personal information
Assist in organizing travel plans, site visit schedules, and office coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in HR, Management, Commerce, or related field
1-2 years of relevant experience as HR Executive, Admin Executive, or Personal Assistant
Good knowledge of HR processes and office administration
Strong communication skills (English & Marathi preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently

Preferred Attributes

Prior experience in an architecture/interior design firm is an added advantage
Professional attitude with strong coordination and follow-up skills
Discretion, integrity, and reliability

Salary: As per industry standards and experience
