Full job description

We are looking for a freelance Marketing Professional to own content creation and lead generation for our BIM training programs. This person will drive awareness, create daily content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and WhatsApp, generate and nurture leads, and hand qualified prospects to our Admission Counsellor team for closing. This is a performance-driven role suited to someone who wants ownership over a growth funnel rather than a narrow content-posting job.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute a daily content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
Create reels, carousels, and posts covering BIM education, career guidance, student proof/testimonials, and course promotion.
Generate leads through organic content, community engagement, and (where approved) paid campaigns.
Respond to enquiries promptly and nurture leads through a structured follow-up sequence.
Send course brochures and promote upcoming demo sessions to build attendance.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead records in the shared lead sheet/CRM.
Hand off warm, brochure-informed leads to the Admission Counsellor team at the right stage.
Track and report on content performance, reach, engagement, and lead volume weekly.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends for management's awareness. What This Role Does Not Include
Counselling calls, demo session delivery, or closing admissions — these sit with a separate Admission Counsellor.
Payment collection or installment follow-up — handled by the Academy's payment/enrollment team.
Graphic design / video editing — the Academy will provide separate design/editing support.
Who We're Looking For Prior experience in social media marketing, content creation, or lead generation — ideally for an education, ed-tech, coaching, or professional training brand.
Comfortable creating reels/short-form video content, or working closely with an editor to produce it.
Strong written communication skills in English (additional regional languages a plus, given international audience across India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, UK, Canada, and Australia).
Organized and consistent — comfortable maintaining a daily content and lead-tracking routine without close supervision.
Interest in or willingness to learn the BIM/AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry — prior exposure is a plus but not mandatory; training material will be provided.
Self-starter mindset — this is a commission-based role suited to someone motivated by ownership of results, not just task completion.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
