Job Summary:

The Cluster Sales Manager – Secured Lending (Home Loans & LAP) will be responsible for leading and managing the sales operations for a designated cluster of branches or territories, focusing specifically on Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products. This role involves driving sales targets, building and nurturing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep product knowledge in secured lending, and a proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans for the assigned cluster to achieve business objectives and sales targets for Home Loans and LAP.
Lead, motivate, train, and manage a team of sales executives, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and product knowledge to perform effectively.
Monitor team performance against targets, provide regular feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments within the cluster to expand the customer base and increase market penetration for secured lending products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to foster business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation, application submission, credit appraisal, sanction, to disbursement, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Ensure strict compliance with all internal policies, credit guidelines, and external regulatory requirements related to secured lending products.
Conduct regular market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and stay updated with industry trends to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Manage credit quality and portfolio health for the cluster, working closely with credit and operations teams to minimize risks and ensure healthy asset quality.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer service and retention.
