Job Description: Receptionist / Administrative Executive (with Digital Marketing)

GRM Studios is a premier studio in Madurai, specializing in wedding photography, newborn portraits, custom creative framing, and express photo production. We pride ourselves on exceptional visual craft and seamless customer experience.

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused, and tech-savvy Receptionist / Administrative Executive to join our team. In this dual-function role, you will be the front-facing "face" of GRM Studios—greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks—while also assisting with our digital marketing initiatives across social media platforms to expand our reach in Madurai.

Key Responsibilities1. Front Desk & Client Engagement

Client Reception: Warmly greet walk-in clients, direct them to studio services (photography packages, rapid photo framing, prints), and ensure a welcoming reception atmosphere.
Inquiry Management: Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries; provide accurate pricing and service details to prospective clients.
Order & Studio Scheduling: Coordinate booking slots for studio sessions (newborn, portrait, commercial) and track print/framing orders to guarantee timely delivery.
Billing & Payments: Process basic client payments, issue cash/digital receipts, and log daily register transactions accurately.

2. General Studio Administration

Order Tracking & Operations: Maintain visitor logs, client databases, and keep track of incoming framing or photo delivery timelines.
Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area, product displays, and front desk remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Supply Inventory: Monitor studio stationery, framing material stocks, and packaging supplies, placing replenishment requests when required.
Coordination: Act as a bridge between walk-in clients and internal team members (photographers, editors, framers).

3. Digital Marketing & Social Media

Social Media Management: Post daily updates, reels, client highlights, and portfolio photos on Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business.
Lead Conversion & DM Handling: Promptly reply to social media comments, Instagram DMs, and WhatsApp inquiries to turn leads into bookings.
Content Creation Support: Assist in creating simple posters, story updates, and promotional graphics using tools like Canva (e.g., promotional offers on 15-minute framing or photography packages).
Google Reviews & Reputation: Encourage satisfied clients to leave positive reviews on Google Maps and maintain the studio's online brand reputation.

Requirements & Qualifications

Languages: Fluent in Tamil (spoken) and functional knowledge of English (written & spoken for digital communications).
Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel), Google Docs/Sheets, and internet navigation.
Digital Literacy: Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook Business tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic graphic apps.

Key Competencies

Strong interpersonal communication and polite phone etiquette.
Punctual, organized, and attentive to detail.
Ability to multitask between front-desk guests and digital responses.
Proactive attitude with a passion for creative/photography services.

Working Hours & Location

Work Location: GRM Studios, Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
Working Days: 6 days a week

Pay: ₹8,600.60 - ₹10,000.00 per month
