Job Title: Business Development Executive (Domestic Recruitment)

Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)

Job Summary

Classic Solutions is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients for our domestic recruitment services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for sales and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
Identify companies with hiring requirements across various industries.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, and business decision-makers.
Schedule meetings and present the company's recruitment services to prospective clients.
Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions.
Negotiate commercial terms and close recruitment contracts.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of candidates.
Follow up with existing and potential clients to generate repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
Achieve monthly revenue, client acquisition, and business development targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Experience in B2B sales or recruitment business development.
Knowledge of domestic recruitment and staffing services.
Ability to generate leads through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident personality.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or any related field.
Prior experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm is preferred.
