The team works closely with US-based stakeholders and deal teams, delivering financial, operational, and analytical support across a range of transaction advisory services, including due diligence, restructuring, and performance improvement initiatives.
With a focus on middle-market and high-growth organizations, GT INDUS supports private equity clients and corporates in navigating complex transactions, including buy-side and sell-side engagements, restructuring, and capital solutions, while helping evaluate key financial and operational issues, manage risk, and identify strategic opportunities to create value.

Role overview
This is an execution-focused role within transaction and value creation engagements, responsible for delivering high-quality analysis and supporting structured problem-solving across deal workstreams. The role involves working closely with global teams to analyze financial and operational data, synthesize findings, and contribute to the development of clear, insight-driven outputs that support investment decisions and value creation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Project delivery & analysis
o Perform structured analysis across cost structures, KPIs, benchmarking, and operational performance to support value creation initiatives
o Support workstreams across operational diligence (ODD), integration, carve-out execution, and value tracking
o Build and maintain financial models, trackers, and data-driven outputs to support deal teams
o Synthesize management inputs and large datasets into clear findings, observations, and structured insights
- Tool Development & knowledge enablement
o Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal tools, templates, and analytical frameworks to support consistent and efficient project execution
o Support creation of standardized outputs, dashboards, and data structures aligned with evolving deal requirements
o Assist in capturing learnings and best practices to strengthen team capabilities across engagements
- Firm reinvestment activities
o Support internal initiatives focused on capability building, including knowledge development, research, and content creation
o Contribute to preparation of internal materials and analysis supporting broader team priorities
o Participate in firm-led efforts aimed at strengthening delivery quality, efficiency, and value creation impact
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, transaction advisory, value creation, or related analytical roles, preferably with exposure to deal environments.
- Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to structure, interpret, and synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights
- Solid understanding of financial statements, key business drivers, and operational performance metrics
- Exposure to M&A / deal advisory engagements, including operational diligence, integration, carve-outs, or transaction-related analysis
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-intensity deal environments with strong ownership and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings in a clear, structured, and concise manner
- MBA from a top-tier business school or equivalent relevant educational background
