Corporate Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

Hotel Opulence Kalinga is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth through corporate client acquisition, business development, and strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in hotel corporate sales, room revenue generation, banquet and event sales, conference bookings, and client relationship management. The role requires achieving monthly sales targets while expanding the hotel's corporate network and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new corporate clients through direct sales, networking, cold calling, and business meetings.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate companies, government organizations, PSUs, educational institutions, hospitals, travel agencies, and industrial clients.
Generate business for room bookings, banquet events, conferences, meetings, weddings, exhibitions, and corporate functions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Prepare and negotiate corporate rate agreements, proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and hotel property tours to promote hotel services.
Develop business opportunities through strategic partnerships and corporate tie-ups.
Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Banquet, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless guest service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, sales events, exhibitions, and networking programs.
Maintain accurate CRM records, daily sales reports, MIS reports, and sales forecasts.
Generate repeat business through excellent client relationship management and after-sales support.
Promote hotel services through digital marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, OTA promotions, and brand-building activities.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by promptly addressing client requirements and resolving concerns.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA (Marketing) or equivalent qualification will be preferred.

Experience

2–10 years of experience in hotel corporate sales, hospitality marketing, business development, or revenue generation.
Experience in room sales, banquet sales, conference bookings, and corporate account management is highly desirable.
