About The Luxury Florets

The Luxury Florets is a premier luxury gifting and celebration house specializing in high-end floral design, bespoke room decors, and curated experiential packages. We don’t just deliver products; we create unforgettable, immersive luxury experiences.

We are looking for a highly creative and visually meticulous Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can elevate our visual identity and bring our physical luxury products to life across digital platforms.

The Role & What You’ll Do

In this dual role, you will be responsible for creating stunning static designs and engaging short-form video content. You will work closely with our Social Media and Marketing teams to produce high-end visuals, promotional banners, Instagram Reels, and marketing assets that match our elite brand standards.

Visual Asset Creation: Design high-end marketing graphics, digital ads, social media posts, website banners, and promotional posters.
Video Shooting & Editing: Plan, shoot, and edit cinematic short-form videos (Instagram Reels, product showcases, and behind-the-scenes content).
Color Grading & Aesthetics: Apply professional color grading, soft-diffusion lighting effects, and clean typography that reflect quiet luxury aesthetics.
Product Presentation: Create clean visual assets, 2D mockups, and product photo layouts for our digital storefront and interactive product offerings.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual elements across social media, web, and print materials maintain strict brand guidelines and high-AOV positioning.

Required Skill Set & Technical Mastery

Graphic Design Software: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva Pro.
Video Editing Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or advanced mobile editing tools (CapCut Pro).
Short-Form Content Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram Reel trends, transitions, pacing, text overlays, and audio syncing.
Visual Aesthetic: A strong eye for minimalist luxury, premium color palettes, macro photography, and clean layout design.
Basic AI Tool Knowledge: Familiarity with AI image/video generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Higgsfield, or similar visual tools) to assist in creative conceptualization is a plus.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 1+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or Visual Content Creator (preferably in luxury fashion, premium D2C, gifting, or lifestyle space).
Portfolio Requirement: Applications must include a link to a live design portfolio, showreel, or links to managed social media assets. Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
