The data collected from our devices can be accessed through our mobile apps on iOS and Android, web dashboards, and TV displays. With in-house manufacturing and a strong engineering team specializing in embedded systems, AI/ML, mobile app development, and full-stack development, we are committed to innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from requirement gathering to offer rollout
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other hiring channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Maintain and update candidate data in ATS or recruitment trackers
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders
Support employer branding initiatives and campus/volume hiring drives when required
Prepare and share recruitment reports and hiring metrics
Assist in onboarding documentation and joining formalities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
0-2 years of prior experience in HR Recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Location :- Sahibabad Industrial Area, Ghaziabad.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
