Job Title: Human Resources cum Administrator

Department: Administration

Location: Gubhana, Bahadurgarh, Haryana

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR cum Administrator to manage the company's human resource and administrative activities. The person will be responsible for supporting recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, leave management, office administration, and maintaining employee records.

The role plays an important part in building an organized workplace by ensuring smooth HR operations, proper coordination among departments, and timely completion of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
Handle employee joining, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation accurately.
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and daily attendance reports.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, employee databases, and MIS reports.
Coordinate salary-related information and support payroll processing.
Manage office administration activities and maintain office records.
Coordinate with employees regarding company policies, notices, and announcements.
Handle employee grievances professionally and maintain healthy employee relations.
Coordinate with job portals for posting vacancies and managing applications.
Maintain office assets, stationery, and administrative requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Positions filled within the required hiring timeline.
Accuracy and completeness of employee records and documentation.
Timely updating of attendance, leave, and HR reports.
Employee onboarding completed without delays.
Timely closure of administrative tasks.
Quality of recruitment and candidate coordination.
Overall employee and management satisfaction with HR support.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
Relevant experience in HR and Administration will be preferred.
Fresh candidates with good knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets is mandatory.
Experience with recruitment and employee documentation will be an added advantage.

Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software.
