Position Summary

Hari Chand Anand Machinery LLP is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who aspire to build a successful career in B2B Industrial Sales.

The selected candidate will receive on-the-job training and mentorship to develop sales, communication, and business development skills while assisting the sales team in acquiring new customers and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, online research, networking, and client references.
Schedule customer meetings and coordinate appointments for senior sales personnel.
Understand customer requirements and assist in recommending suitable machinery and industrial solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documentation under the guidance of senior team members.
Follow up with prospective customers regarding quotations and inquiries.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Procurement, Logistics, Accounts, and Operations for smooth execution of customer orders.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and lead databases.
Support after-sales service activities by coordinating with customers and internal teams.
Conduct market research to identify new industries, customers, competitors, and market trends.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, customer visits, and business development events whenever required.
Learn the company's products, technical specifications, and sales processes through structured training.
Achieve individual learning milestones and progressively contribute towards sales targets.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B.Com), Marketing, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related discipline.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with internship experience in sales, marketing, or customer service will have an added advantage.
