Your Role

As a Business Growth Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with business owners, conducting discovery calls, managing follow-ups, and helping companies understand how better marketing can accelerate their growth.

You'll work directly with the founder and become an important part of building Panknox's growth engine.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management

Respond to inbound leads.
Conduct discovery calls.
Understand business challenges and goals.
Qualify potential clients.
Maintain CRM and pipeline.

Client Communication

Schedule meetings.
Conduct online meetings.
Build relationships with founders and decision-makers.
Coordinate follow-ups.
Handle WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn communication professionally.

Sales Process

Present Panknox's approach.
Understand client requirements.
Coordinate proposal preparation.
Follow up consistently.
Help convert qualified prospects into long-term clients.

Market Research

Research prospective companies.
Understand industries and competitors.
Prepare meeting notes.
Assist in creating Business Opportunity Reports.

Internal Coordination

Work closely with the founder.
Coordinate with designers and marketers.
Ensure smooth client onboarding after closing.
