We are hiring a Full-Stack Developer to develop internal software applications, business management tools, dashboards, workflow systems, and API-driven platforms.
You will be responsible for working on both the frontend and backend, including API development, database integration, third-party API integrations, UI development, debugging, and deployment.
This is a hands-on development role for someone who can take a requirement, understand the business need, design the technical solution, develop it, test it, and take ownership until completion.
We are particularly interested in developers who understand reusable architecture and can build common services and components that can be used across multiple applications.

Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Stack Development
- Develop complete web applications across frontend and backend.
- Convert business requirements into functional technical solutions.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Develop backend logic, APIs, database operations, and integrations.
- Connect React applications with backend APIs.
- Test, debug, deploy, and maintain applications.
Backend & API Development
- Build and maintain REST APIs using Python, Node.js, FastAPI, Express.js, or similar technologies.
- Develop backend services and business logic.
- Integrate third-party APIs and internal services.
- Work with API authentication, API keys, OAuth, webhooks, and permissions.
- Implement validation, error handling, logging, and security.
- Handle pagination, rate limits, retries, API failures, and data synchronization.
- Build reusable API services instead of duplicating integration logic.
Frontend Development
- Develop applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Vite, and Tailwind CSS.
- Create reusable UI components.
- Build dashboards, tables, forms, filters, task boards, modals, and data views.
- Manage API responses, loading states, errors, and frontend state.
- Ensure interfaces are responsive and easy for internal teams to use.
- Maintain consistency across multiple internal applications.
Database Development
- Work with PostgreSQL and SQL.
- Design database tables and relationships.
- Write and optimize SQL queries.
- Implement CRUD operations.
- Create efficient data access layers.
- Maintain data integrity and consistency.
- Use ORMs such as SQLAlchemy or Prisma where appropriate.
Reusable Code & Software Architecture
We are looking for someone who does not simply focus on making a feature work.
You should be able to recognize repeated functionality and turn it into reusable architecture.
For example:
Instead of:
Creating the same Shopify API integration separately for three applications.
We expect:
Building one reusable Shopify service that can be consumed by multiple applications.
Similarly, common frontend functionality such as:
- Data tables
- Search and filters
- Pagination

- 2–3 years of practical software development experience.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
