About the Role

Archis International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and well-organized Assistant Marketing Manager to manage and coordinate the company's online and offline marketing activities.

The role requires someone who can take ownership of marketing execution—from planning content and coordinating with designers/content creators to managing digital promotions, handling incoming leads, supporting the sales team, and coordinating marketing requirements for our dealer network.

The candidate is not expected to personally design all creatives or produce videos, but should have a good understanding of branding, content and digital marketing and be capable of effectively managing designers, agencies and other external resources.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Online Promotion

Plan and coordinate marketing activities across the company website, social media and other digital channels.
Manage and coordinate social media content and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with digital marketing agencies/specialists for Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and other online promotions where required.
Monitor campaign performance, enquiries and lead generation.
Coordinate regular updates to website content, products and promotional information.
Identify opportunities to improve the company's online presence and reach.

Content & Creative Coordination

Develop and maintain a regular marketing and content calendar.
Plan content for products, new launches, campaigns, events and brand-building activities.
Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, content creators and external agencies.
Prepare briefs and ensure timely completion of creatives, videos, product images and other marketing content.
Ensure consistency in branding and communication across all marketing channels.

Lead Management & Sales Coordination

Monitor leads and enquiries received through the website, social media, digital advertising and other marketing channels.
Conduct initial screening and categorization of incoming leads.
Forward qualified leads to the appropriate salesperson/team.
Coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-up of marketing-generated leads.
Track lead status and conversions and maintain basic lead-generation reports.
Collect feedback from the sales team to improve the quality of future campaigns.

Dealer & Offline Marketing

Coordinate with the sales team and dealer network for marketing and promotional requirements.
Manage the development and availability of dealer marketing material including display boards, signage, logos/branding, catalogues, brochures, posters, product displays and other promotional material.
Support dealer-level promotional campaigns and branding activities.
Ensure the sales team and dealers have access to updated product and marketing material.

Product & Brand Marketing

Coordinate marketing activities for new product launches.
Understand key product features and USPs and convert them into effective marketing communication.
Coordinate launch material across digital, dealer and sales channels.
Monitor competitor products, communication, promotions and marketing activities.
Suggest new marketing initiatives based on market developments and customer feedback.

Planning & Reporting

Maintain monthly marketing calendars and activity plans.
Track marketing campaigns, leads and outcomes.
Coordinate multiple ongoing marketing projects and ensure timely execution.
Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities, lead generation and campaign performance.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

Has a minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience.
Has experience handling both digital and offline marketing activities.
Understands social media marketing, digital advertising, websites and basic SEO.
Can effectively coordinate with designers, agencies, vendors and content creators.
Has strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
Is comfortable working closely with a sales team and following leads through the sales process.
Has a good understanding of branding and visual communication.
Is organized, proactive and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Is comfortable working in a hands-on marketing role rather than only managing a team.

Experience in architectural hardware, building materials, furniture fittings, sanitaryware, lighting, interiors, home improvement products or other dealer/distributor-driven industries will be preferred.

Education

Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.

MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

This is a full-time, work-from-office position.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
