Job Description: Talent Acquisition Executive

Experience: 1–5 Years | Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month | Location: Delhi | Full-time

Department – Human Resource

Working Days – Monday to Saturday

Working Hours – 10 AM to 7 PM

Reporting To – HR Manager & Management

Employment Type – Full - Time

Salary – Up to 30K/month

Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment (approx. 80% of the role) while also supporting core HR operations (approx. 20% of the role). The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple hiring platforms and is confident with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

· Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare/refine Job Descriptions (JDs)

· Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Instahyre, referrals, and other job portals

· Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/HR screening rounds

· Schedule and coordinate interviews with panels/hiring managers

· Evaluate candidates on skills, culture fit, and role suitability

· Negotiate offers and manage the offer-to-joining process

· Maintain and update the recruitment pipeline/tracker regularly

· Build and maintain a talent pool for recurring/critical roles

· Coordinate with consultants/vendors for niche or bulk hiring needs

HR Operations

· Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other onboarding documentation

· Support onboarding formalities for new joiners (documentation, induction coordination)

· Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases

· Support in preparing termination/relieving letters as required

· Assist with basic HR compliance and documentation upkeep

· Coordinate with other departments for smooth HR administration

Required Skills & Experience

· 1–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency or in-house)

· Hands-on experience with job portals and platforms: Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar sourcing tools

· Working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets (data entry, tracking, basic formulas, pivot tables preferred)

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills (candidate handling, stakeholder coordination)

· Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — sourcing to onboarding

· Basic exposure to HR operations/documentation is a plus

· Ability to multitask and manage recruitment volume along with operational tasks

Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field (BBA/MBA-HR preferred)
