Job Responsibilities:

Optimize the MD’s workflow in respect to calendar management, travel coordination, and expense management.
Manage all aspects of business travel arrangements such as booking flights and stays, preparing travel itineraries, transportation, reservations, making changes as needed and submitting expense reports.
Comprehensive and pro-active calendar management, including but not limited to managing all meetings, events, Executive Team meetings, offsites and 1:1s.
Provide hands-on support to MD meetings including preparing presentation materials, agenda’s, minute taking, report generation, follow up documentation and coordination.
Prioritize and problem solve incoming issues and concerns on behalf of the MD using sound judgment and decision making.

Hard Skills

Minimum 10 yrs experience in the role of executive assistant to a MD, CEO, President, or C-Suite Executive.
Experience from global company/companies, coordinating, collaborating and communicating with stakeholders in multiple regions and time zones

Soft Skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to work on multiple tasks/projects at any one time.
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, particularly to work closely with the Leadership Team.
Demonstrated team player willing to apply initiative in the work environment.
